Had blood screen test on my college recently and shows that I have a little obesity which the doctor advises to decrease weight for around 10kg. So, i make up decision to jogging at Bkt Jalil since that the view is superb nice and lots of people jog at there during evening everyday. Moreover, jogging will make us more healthy and all of our body parts are exercising, and thus it's free! Students like us no need to pay expensive money to go for gyms. A big attraction to me uhhh.. Watever, the environment there is still remain clean and fresh although there are 'traffic jam' out there just beside the park. Many parents will brings their children to go here during weekend. So i advises to came on weekdays to avoid crowded human jam. Haha. Btw, it's the healthy activity since that I believe many malaysians people facing obesity problem like me. Make it as part of our daily life and have the healthy lifestyle!!
